Dear Julia: How very strange it is to not speak to you almost daily (once at least) now that 1700 Kriebel Mill Road has sold and closed. Since our closing last Monday,I have been marinating in my mind the choice of perfect words to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to you for everything you did to make the sale of our lovely home a reality.I am sure these are nowhere near adequate to express what an incredible job you did for us but here it goes. Both Steven and I know that this sale would NEVER have occurred without your special expertise and professionalism and tenacity. Where others had just told us, it’s hard to sell a custom contemporary house, be patient, lower your price, ,etc, you constantly came up with so many ingenious and new ideas to accomplish a sale. Your practical optimism and seemingly knowing every realtor was amazing. Your attention to details and to us was mind blowing. It seemed you were never too busy to take a call, offer a well thought out opinion and your follow up to prospective interested buyers is the definition of professionalism and customer service. We both worried at times that you had no time for other customers since it felt like we were your only ones.
