Both Steven and I know that this sale would NEVER have occurred without your special expertise and professionalism and tenacity. Where others had just told us, it’s hard to sell a custom contemporary house, be patient, lower your price, ,etc, you constantly came up with so many ingenious and new ideas to accomplish a sale. Your practical optimism and seemingly knowing every realtor was amazing. Your attention to details and to us was mind blowing. When we decided to finally do it, it was the Thursday before Labor Day. We called Julia, she came to our home, listened to us and walked us through the process.
